Benn Pares (earth-247)

Benn Pares, the self-styled "greatest burglar in the galaxy," broke into the Legion HQ to prove he was so good even the Legion couldn't touch him. After taunting them with his presence, he disappeared, leaving them to guard his target, the Miracle Machine. Unable to catch Pares red-handed, the heroes attempted to destroy the Miracle Machine to keep it from him, but even all their powers combined couldn't dent it. Frustrated, it occurred to them to use the machine itself to capture Pares, who, after escaping and being recaptured, is presently being held on Labyrinth.
