Fight Announcer

This one's weird. He appears only on the splash page of Adventure #366, in a scene that doesn't actually appear in the story. The cover and splash page are both conceptual, based on the Legion and the Fatal Five in a literal championship fight complete with boxing ring, announcer, and audience. I don't know exactly what status to give this guy…maybe "abstract"?
