Oli-3 Queen

Apparently the descendant of Oliver Queen, the 20th century hero known as Green Arrow, this Oli is self-employed running tours of Metropolis centering around Mertopolitan points of interest such at the Legion headquarters. He had never met a Legionnaire until Brainiac 5 temporarily gave him his force-shield belt to protect him from a criminal intent on assassinating the descendants of the Justice League of America.
