Legion of Stupid Heroes #1

Note the absence of a hyphen in the comic title: Legion of Stupid Heroes - not to be confused with Blackthorne's Legion of Stupid-Heroes.

Rather than a specific parody of the Legion, this comic is more along the lines of a series of comic strips parodying superheroes in general. (It's difficult to tell; much of the humor eludes me.)
