I can't find any significant Legion content in the story from DC Comics Presents #14. A sequel to the story in #13, it includes Superboy and Pete Ross. As Superboy (in Pete's body, don't ask) is entering the boarded-up Kent home, he says to himself, "My Superboy robots are there -- the phantom zone projector -- my Legion trophies!" And the story was written by Paul Levitz.
Even I—who included a Batman story here on the strength of a Legion cruiser appearing in one panel—can't justify including DC Comics Prersents #14.
