Justice League vs Suicide Squad #3

Still no explanation of what the Empress is doing in the 21st century. Amanda Waller says that the Emerald Eye "has elements of Green Lantern technology." I'm not sure if this is new, or not.

(I think it falls under the DC Comics principle that anything green must have something to do with the Green Lanterns.)
