Okay, it's not the SW6 Legion, it's a strange amalgam of SW6 and Earth-247. Timber Wolf looks like his Earth 247 counterpart, Princess Projectra is a snake, Kid Quantum is James not Jazmin, XS and Karate Kid are there...but so are Catspaw and Computo (Danielle). And I'll be damned if Alchemist isn't wearing Element Lad's Retro/New52-Earth-2 costume.
