Odegaard joins the Empire

Odegaard resisted Imperial rule and a Navy task force was dispatched to put pressure on the world. One ship, INS Hannibal, crash-landed and, through a confused set of circumstances, held the ruler, Sabina Odegaard II, in protective custody.

During the course of her custody, Sayyid Odegaard was so charmed by the ship's Telepath that she voluntarily signed a treaty with the Empire.
