Costume-Con®

 

We proudly support the Costume-Con convention, founded in 1983. The Costume- Con (http://www.costume-con.org/) is an annual gathering of like-minded individuals who participate in the many facets of costuming. Each year 501c3 costume guilds bid to host the event in their area. The convention features several masquerades, workshops, and social events. Their website has photo archives of costume entries and much more.

 

The GCFCG has hosted these Costume Cons: 

  • Costume-Con 3, Columbia, Maryland, May 24-27, 1985
  • Costume-Con 9, Columbia, Maryland, February, 15-18, 1991
  • Costume-Con 15, Baltimore, Maryland, May 23-26, 1997
  • Costume-Con 27, Timonium, Maryland, May 1-4, 2009
